Update README w.r.t. to site test repos

Currently, README is outdated as it states that the CSCS is test suite is the most complete one. In `reframe-hpc` group we have forks of other site examples, with quite extensive suites, such as Excalibur tests, EESSI etc. We should therefore update README accordingly.
