First public release

This version will replace the original foo_httpcontrol component, maintaining any existing settings, on installation.

It includes all changes from original foo_httpcontrol v0.97.29 plus these:

add: Shutdown, Reboot, Suspend and Hibernate commands; compatible with foobar2000 controller app;
add: Tip to change destination playlist name for library search at the preferences panel;
add: Component is now bundled with some default templates, available at the component folder;
cha: Default allowed url protocols now cover all foo_youtube protocols;
cha: Default query steps values now handle multi-value tags and ALBUM ARTIST/ARTIST hierarchy;
cha: Component name is now displayed as "HTTP Control (fb2kc)" to further differentiate from the original version (but it shares the same dll name and preferences);
cha: Help button at preferences panel opens the bundled readme (this file) instead of the support forum web;
cha: Output playlist for library search features has been renamed to "Query (http)" thus avoiding conflicts with QuickSearch component defaults;
fix: Crash using QueryAdvance or SearchMediaLibrary commands if the destination playlist was locked by another component. A new playlist is now created instead;
