Fixes

• Periods: date errors are no longer shown while you are still entering the dates. Previously a new period reported "The end date is before the start date" as soon as a start date was picked.
• Periods: a period no longer disappears when a date is typed in with the keyboard instead of using the date picker.
• Dates are now checked when the set is saved. A period with invalid dates is kept instead of being dropped: it is marked "not used" in the editor, shown expanded with an error message, and ignored by the opening hours and notices until it is corrected.

v0.1.5 – Day names option

• Day names: choose whether weekdays are shown abbreviated (“Mon”) or in full (“Monday”).
  • Set default in the Display tab of each set.
  • Override per block (“Day names”) or per shortcode: [rmd_opening_hours days="long"] (short, long, auto).
  • The default “By layout” keeps the previous behaviour: abbreviated names, full names only in the paragraphs layout.

v0.1.4 – German translation for "Deutsch (Sie)"

Fixes

• The German translation is now also used when the site language is set to “Deutsch (Sie)” (de_DE_formal). Previously the plugin was shown in English there.

v0.1.3 – Text import, public holidays row, paragraphs layout

Added

• Import from text in the set editor: paste a copied table, list or sentence such as “Dienstag, Donnerstag: 7 - 16 Uhr”. Recognises German and English day names, ranges (“Mo–Fr”, “Montag bis Freitag”), lists (“Mo, Mi und Fr”), several time slots per day, “geschlossen”, “nach Vereinbarung” and holiday lines; shows a preview before applying.
• “Public holidays” row after Sunday in every layout, backed by a new rule for all holidays in the Holidays tab (closed by default). Single holidays can still override it (“As all holidays” = no override). Toggle per set (Display), per block or with holidays="no" in the shortcode.
• Layout “Paragraphs”: full day names in bold, one line per time slot, the note as its own paragraph.
• Time format “24-hour with unit”: 08:00 – 12:00 Uhr.
• Jest tests for the text parser, run in CI.

Update

This is the first release existing 0.1.2 sites pick up automatically via update.json. Use Dashboard → Updates → “Check again” to skip the 12-hour cache. Keep both assets attached to this release.

v0.1.2 – Update source fix

Fixed

• Update checks no longer use the GitHub REST API. Its limit of 60 unauthenticated requests per hour and IP address caused “HTTP status code: 403” errors on shared hosting. The plugin now reads the update.json attached to every release via a plain redirect without limits.

v0.1.1 – First feedback round

Changed

• Time fields in the set editor complete short input: 14 → 14:00, 1430 → 14:30, 8.5 → 08:05.
• The opening hours table stretches to the full block width.
• Notices are unstyled by default and inherit the theme. The new block style Box (or class="is-style-box" on the shortcode) restores the highlighted box. Placeholder values are wrapped in spans (rmd-oh-notice__name, __start, __end, __hours, __note, __set) for styling.
• Visitors can no longer dismiss notices by default; the setting remains available.
• Clearer admin notice when the GitHub “Source code” download was installed instead of the release package.

Fixed

• Saving the settings stripped the allowed HTML (e.g. <strong>) from the notice template. If you saved the settings with 0.1.0, re-enter the template once.

Update

Sites running 0.1.0 receive this version under Dashboard → Updates. Use “Check again” to skip the 12-hour cache.
