CleanUp (Delete All untracked files)
Add user verification
Add text Merge conflict window (update binary window) that first ask user if they wants to accept "theirs", "yours" or run merge tool.
Make Sync make sure all files have been staged and asks user for commit message if files are staged
If merge/diff tools doesn't exist, don't allow a repo to be opened
Check for staged changes before asking user to enter commit message
clone should check settings before attempt
Don't lock the UI thread when cloning, syncing etc
Ask user to run "git gc" after sync
"Delete" file right click option
Added async merge and switch operations.
