Install

brew install --cask reinlainer/tap/turink-toys

Without Homebrew, move the application to /Applications and clear
the quarantine attribute, which an unsigned build needs in order to
launch:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Turink Toys.app"

The command line interface installs alongside the application as
turink-toys.
