Some videos load only in 360p

With version 1.12.4, it's happening that around 25% of videos I enter have 360p as the only quality option available. Tried changing the preferred resolution on TizenTube settings, didn't work. Changing video codec and reinstalling module as well, didn't work. Thanks for reading!

I looked into it for an hour or 3 since Im having the same issue, tried same solutions as OP, all failed, and here's what I found

1. It's occuring even when while tizentube is unloaded (wrong useragent) (This wasn't happening before TizenTube updated drastically about a month or so ago, though)
2. Youtube always loads a vp09 (ID 243) codec when this happens
3. This vp09 codec will load even when a vp09 codec isn't an available codec format for the video
4. If a video naturally supports a vp09 codec, it will only show the vp09 qualities.
5. Affected videos typically have low view counts, are old, or a dead channel behind it

jsyk I don't have any idea how codecs or quality works, I just compared stats for nerds with a yt-dlp format search. But, I believe youtube is converting an AVC1 codec to a vp09 (For some reason), looking for other vp09 codecs, can't find any else (because they don't exist) and so it just shows the 360p it made. It really seems to prioritize vp9.
I was able to briefly get the AVC1 codec to work once though. I haven't been able to replicate it, but it brought back the quality, the title text had a black background behind it, and the shadow behind the recommended videos disappeared aswell. From what I recall, I selected AVC1 as my preferred codec, restarted tizenbrew, and played a video that supported it.

It's not really that annoying since 99% of the videos I watch are unaffected, but it'd be nice if it was/could be fixed. If not, would blacklisting vp9 codecs from being available temporarily solve it? Thanks for reading aswell.
