feat: implement push command with --force flag

Push local orphan branch (rekal/<email>) to origin. Skips silently
when no branch exists, no remote, or network errors. On non-fast-forward
rejection, warns the user and suggests --force. The --force flag
overwrites the remote branch with local data (safe per-user branch).
