Release 0.3.0

• add fadeOnExhaust option to init() (default: false) to fade out/in shortly (5ms) when the buffer is exhausted/recovered, to avoid pop noise
• breaking: classes implementing AudioStream need to accept the new fadeOnExhaust parameter in init()
• native: init() returns -7 for out-of-range parameters (e.g. channels: 0, negative waitingBufferMilliSec)
• native: fix int64_t to ma_uint32 conversion warnings on MSVC
• web: init() closes the previous AudioContext when called more than once
