Initial experimental release of the unofficial Kamado Joe integration for Home Assistant.

• Tested with a physical Konnected Joe (C:G:018:1:D) on Home Assistant 2026.8.1.
• Read-only grill, target, probe, fan, alert, freshness, and cook-history data.
• Adaptive 30-second/10-minute polling with a manual refresh control.
• Experimental, untested capability profiles for Big Konnected Joe and Pellet Joe.
• No grill control, ignition, or setting writes.
