• Caps Lock now defaults to on, the way a //e and //c ship, so DOS 3.3 and
  BASIC receive the upper-case letters they expect. While the Casso window has
  keyboard focus the host Caps Lock LED shows Casso's setting and the real key
  changes it; the host's own setting is put back when focus leaves.
  Previously, letters passed through in whatever case Windows delivered, so a
  session with Caps Lock off started with SYNTAX ERROR.
