Purpose of this PR

• new input data (rev.7.24) including IEA update
• CES parameters and gdx files for rev7.24 for SSP2, SSP2-EU21, SSP1, SSP3 and SSP5,
• calibration runs: /p/tmp/lavinia/REMIND/REMIND_calibration_2025_02_14/remind/output

Type of change

• Minor change (default scenarios show only small differences)
