Minor Changes

  • BREAKING CHANGE: Remove the built-in Atmosphere auth provider and the DPoP model that was coupled to it. This removes createAtmosphereAuthProvider(), the Atmosphere* and OAuthDpop* types, and OAuthStandardTokens.

    Use OAuthTokens in place of OAuthStandardTokens. Custom provider packages can extend OAuthTokens with protocol-specific fields and preserve that type through OAuthProvider, OAuthResult, finishExternalAuth(), and refreshExternalAuth(). Use the new public createOAuthProvider() factory and OAuthProviderRuntime contract to integrate providers that are not built into Remix. Applications using the Atmosphere provider must remove it or move their atproto authentication to a separate package.
