Overview
Adds Pakistan (PAK) country-specific Contract Details schema changelog documentation, introducing contract_details v2 guidance and noting removal of the has_variable_bonus field.

Updates the contract-details country README quick reference/version matrix (including adding PAK and clarifying per-country versioning) and updates the example onboarding config to set PAK: { contract_details: 2 }.

Hardens HelpCenter rendering by returning null unless helpCenter.id and helpCenter.callToAction are present.
