• lazyslide.models now moved to a new package lazyslide-models, please migrate your API accordingly, the old lazyslide.models can still be used.

• New tissue segmentation method: implemented hovernet entropy based tissue masking by @didyoutryregularization in #228
• Feature extraction now has two new parameters: pool_mode and dense, the pool_mode allows users to control how features are aggregated to 1D vector, using either CLS token or CLS token + mean of patch token, the dense parameter will enable dense feature extraction, return the patch token directly: Support dense feature extraction by @Mr-Milk in #237
• Cell segmentation now supports deep feature extraction for single cell, set extract_features=True in zs.seg.cell_types
