A small follow-up to 4.0.0.

Fixes

• WP-CLI: the commands now work under their documented names: wp rfsd purge-transients, wp rfsd process-queue [--limit=N] and wp rfsd queue-info. Before, only the underscore forms (purge_transients etc.) were registered. Those still work.

Other changes

• The GitHub repository moved to renderbit-technologies/renderbit-faq-structured-data-wordpress-plugin. The Plugin URI and readme links point there; old links redirect.
