In-app chat. With a Cursor account you can chat inside Penwright (View → Toggle Chat, Cmd+J). The agent works in the open project — drafts, design, “make this a magazine” — through the same 66 MCP tools Cursor IDE and Claude Desktop use. Several chats per project, tabs and history, stored in .penwright/cursor-agent/ so they travel with the folder. Writes go only through Penwright MCP. Usage is billed to your Cursor plan.
Suite. Penwright sits with Easy Writing (manuscript) and the Research Overview Platform. Each also works alone.
Install. Download Penwright-0.13.0-arm64.dmg. The zip is the same build for updates.
