No functional changes vs lowmem.6 (publishing/docs/tooling only). First release also distributed on npm (npm i -g opencode-lowmem); adds the release installer script (scripts/fork-install.sh) with SHA-256 digest verification, plus the npm platform-package pipeline (CI workflow + assembler with glibc/musl libc split).
