Releases off main are currently broken

Just an FYI to contributors that no releases have been created since 41.133.1 ~15 hours ago.

We (the Renovate maintainers) are investigating why builds on main are failing.

It's possibly due to issues running on Mac OSX runners on GitHub Actions:

The job was not acquired by Runner of type hosted even after multiple attempts

At this time, we're not considering holding off the merges of any new changes, but will update this thread accordingly.

This doesn't impact any existing usage of

There was an incident earlier today with macOS runners so maybe it's fallout from that.
