Support storing config file in .config directory?

Hello!
I am a huge fan of Renovate, I consider it an indispensable part of my tooling.

I was curious if you would be interested in adding support for storing the config file for Renovate at these paths?

• .config/renovate.json
• .config/renovate.json5

This request is inspired by https://github.com/pi0/config-dir, part of a growing movement to organize configuration files for projects inside the .config directory to avoid sprawl.

Are you self-hosting Renovate? Or using a Mend-hosted app?
