Dependency dashboard only shows group name for single updates

There's an inconsistency between the single-update and multiple-update cases with groupSingleUpdates=true that makes the dependency dashboard quite unhelpful.

This is what our dependency dashboard looks like after the change:

• Update npm deps to v4 (@hocuspocus/provider, @hocuspocus/server)
• Update npm deps to v6
• Update npm deps to v10 (@eslint/js, eslint)

I can't tell what's getting updated to v6!

It would be a lot better if it included the parenthesised list of dependencies even if there is only one.

As you can see, the PRs are created without the list of dependencies in the title, which is fine because you can see them in the table in the body.

However, it would be very helpful for the dependency dashboard to list the dependency names (especially in the case where the PR hasn't been created yet, so I want to decide whether or not to trigger it), but it only does so if there is >1 update in the group.

FYI we reverted this (#44168 / 43.237.0) which is deployed to the Mend-hosted apps
