As announced on the Mend.io blog, we've recently proactively given away the Community (OSS) plan (see #33617) for a number of big Open Source projects using Mend-hosted Renovate.
This is separate to Open Source projects who request the upgrade, and instead meets some of these large projects where they are, where they may not have been aware they're able to get the upgrade.
We're still taking requests for projects to receive the upgrade, via steps in #33617, and are looking to continue to help support the ecosystem 💜
