Bugfix release for Wine/provisioning process cleanup.

Fixed

• Prevented timed-out .NET installer subprocesses from orphaning child processes such as /usr/bin/yes or Wine helpers.
• Hardened provisioning cancellation and failure cleanup to stop prefix-bound Wine processes before retry/removal.
• Added launcher-side Wine reapers for dev/generated shell launch paths.
• Tightened uninstall/status process matching to the wrapper's Wine bin path instead of broad data-dir matching.

Validation

• Added scripts/test-process-cleanup.sh for fake-Wine process lifecycle regression coverage.
• Added scripts/test.sh for local shell/Xcode/process-cleanup validation.
• Added scripts/smoke-provision.sh for isolated real provisioning/launch smoke tests.
• Verified a real isolated provision and launch smoke with Q-SYS Designer Installer 10.4.0.
