datahike/remote is a hand-written TypeScript client (#1068)

* datahike/remote is a hand-written TypeScript client

The npm entry was compiled from ClojureScript and cost 69 KB gzipped,
because cljs.core and the CBOR codec came with it. That is the right
trade inside a ClojureScript application and the wrong one for the
JavaScript and TypeScript consumers who install from npm. The entry
keeps its name and its API and changes its implementation: a
hand-written core over fetch and the server's tagged JSON, with the API
functions generated from the same specification that generates the type
definitions. 68,957 bytes gzipped becomes 4,419.

ClojureScript consumers take datahike.http.client from the Clojars
artifact, which keeps its ClojureScript side, its CBOR transport and its
listen, still covered by the node suite. Permissions are untouched: the
calls go through the same routes and the same authorize policy.
