Replopencode v1.17.14-13

Patch on the 1.17.14 base. One change: #43.

OpenRouter's mid-stream context-window overflow now triggers compaction instead of an opaque error. OpenRouter relays an upstream overflow as a typeless { code: 502, message: "Your input exceeds the context window of this model…" } stream chunk. parseStreamError required type: "error", so the chunk fell through to UnknownError and the turn ended as a generic failure; Retry re-sent the same oversized prompt (one production session failed ten times in three minutes, USE-2673). The overflow message text is now matched with the shared overflow patterns before the type gate, so the chunk becomes ContextOverflowError and the processor compacts once and replays (converging per #41).

Consumers: bump OPENCODE_VERSION to 1.17.14-13 in andytown's apps/daytona-snapshot/Dockerfile and sandbox-packages/sandbox-upgrader/src/opencode-version.ts.
