Replopencode v1.17.14-14

Patch on the 1.17.14 base. One change: #45.

Opencode now finishes its own restart-orphaned turns at instance boot. Only one opencode process serves a sandbox and a turn's run loop lives in that process, so when the process dies mid-turn (OOM kill, crash, restart) every assistant message left without a completion time is provably dead. At boot a sweep marks its still-running tool parts error + interrupted, stamps the message with UnknownError ("The agent restarted before it could finish this turn. Send your message again.") and time.completed, and publishes only the resulting message and part updates; the coordinator's post-restart reconcile derives the session.error. Before this, the turn stayed busy until the coordinator's 30-minute sweep (USE-2679 sibling alert: a customer waited 39 minutes on a turn OOM-killed 2 s in). Consumers: bump OPENCODE_VERSION to 1.17.14-14 in andytown's apps/daytona-snapshot/Dockerfile and sandbox-packages/sandbox-upgrader/src/opencode-version.ts.
