• Domain move to reportedip.com. All links, the API endpoint default,
  the relay/rule-API service URLs and the contact addresses now point at
  reportedip.com instead of reportedip.de. The old domain keeps a permanent
  redirect, so existing installs continue to work either way.
• Migration v14 rewrites a stored API endpoint that still equals the old
  default (https://reportedip.de/wp-json/reportedip/v2/) to the new
  domain; custom endpoints are left untouched.
