Fix: Plugin installation validation error

Removes hooks from plugin.json that caused "hooks: Invalid input" validation errors during claude plugin install.

What changed

• Removed hooks field from plugin.json — the schema format was invalid, and prompt-based hooks are currently broken in plugins (claude-code#13155)
• Automatic search/share/vote behavior is already handled by MCP tool descriptions and skills, no hooks needed
