    6.1.2 (Dependabot #31). FastAPI 0.143 makes its OpenTelemetry export opt-in;
    CveDeck ships neither the OpenTelemetry SDK nor an exporter and sets no
    endpoint, so nothing was exported before and nothing is now. Both sets were
    trialled in a scratch copy first; every test passes, and the frontend
    lockfile changes versions only and gains no install script.
