rAudio 20260529: Can't get accesspoint to work

RPi3B+ new image installation of 20260529 image vanilla. Dropped empty accesspoint file into BOOT partition and performed headless boot of the Pi. Sadly, no rAudio SSID appears after waiting for as much as 20 mins.

Migh be related to #2106 (although I have had no issues with joining existing WiFi and/or wired networks - same hardware)

Also tried enabling 'Auto start access point' option on the System page on a working wifi Pi and then moving it out of range -> no rAudio SSID appears. This used to work (202506 timeframe) as I used it in anger in an AirBnB with no internet connection. Doesn't wotk in 20260529.
