• Introduced an explicit exported WireValue contract for stable FinGrind enum tokens and moved
  CLI JSON serialization onto that compile-time interface instead of reflective wireValue()
  lookup.
• Split the remaining flat SQLite native bridge façade into role-owned bootstrap, connection,
  statement, error, and runtime-policy collaborators, so the storage adapter no longer routes
  every native call through one pass-through namespace.

Fixed

• Switched interactive console passphrase prompting onto the typed JDK Console API instead of a
  reflective Object seam, while keeping deterministic CLI failures for unavailable or failed
  prompts.
• Restored explicit --release targeting to product and Jazzer Java compilation, re-enabled
  incremental shared build-logic compilation, and tightened test-pulse shutdown ordering so the
  verification build is both stricter and less wasteful.
• Updated the published docs so the API reference, SQLite schema notes, ledger-plan contract,
  and rekey/passphrase guidance all match the current wire-value contract, sealed step surface,
  and bundle/runtime behavior.
