Saving into a folder on an exFAT drive now stops rather than working around
what the drive cannot do. Nothing is written to the drive, the message says
the drive cannot take the output name in one step, and the finished PDF is
kept — the message says where. Putting the name on such a drive meant
creating it and then filling it, and a name that exists before your document
is in it can be left empty by an interrupted run, or taken by something else
in between. Some large camera cards are formatted this way; every other
drive, including FAT-formatted cards, is unaffected.
A failed save reads in the order you need it: what went wrong in plain words
first, and the system's own message after it.
