The generated-binding drift gate compares binding.js against the loader emitted by the checked-in CLI version. @napi-rs/cli 3.8.0 changes the emitted loader (WASI flavor selection and load-error chaining), so the file must be regenerated alongside the bump. tsc and the full node test suite pass locally on this head.
