- Supports silverstripe/framework ^5 || ^6 (PHP ^8.1; SS6 needs 8.3).
- Log records now require CMS_ACCESS_ReportAdmin to view or manage (logging itself is unaffected).
- Report classes are guarded, so a framework-only install no longer fatals on flush (resolves #4).
- Fixes front-end fatals and over-long values in the loggers; truncation counts characters.

Verified: 39 tests on SS5 and SS6 locally and in CI (PHP 8.1-8.4), with must-fail controls.
Not verified: browser check of the reports in the CMS.
