  • Introduce the Discovery API: a minimalist, GitHub.com-based replacement for the WP.org Plugin Install API.
  • Introduce the Discovery UI: a new React application, built on top of the DataViews package, to browse and install blocks & plugins hosted on GitHub.com.
  • Build the first iteration of the Retraceur Plugin/Block update API, based on GitHub releases instead of the WP.org update API
