TERRA v0.2.0

Desktop builds for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Runtime requirement. These builds bundle the UI and the trained
model but rely on a local Python 3.12 with the inference
dependencies (rasterio, scikit-learn, pyproj, shapely,
joblib, numpy, pystac-client, planetary-computer). Point the
app at it with the GEOSENSE_PYTHON environment variable if it is
not on PATH. See the README for details.

Sentinel-2 imagery is read on demand from the Microsoft Planetary
Computer STAC catalog; no full product download is required.
