Three model backends, enumerated live. Claude CLI aliases, every model your codex CLI reports, every installed ollama model — local-first, nothing hardcoded.

Correctness & honesty. Interactive resume of reconstructions fixed, project-path recovery for moved/hand-copied sessions, restore no longer baits agent retention cleanup, and every failure is shown on screen and recorded in the audit log.
