ProofCat 0.3.0

ProofCat 0.3.0 is the first full cross-platform release of the verified
camera-card offload workflow.

Highlights

• ArchiveMax offload: source pre-read, copy-time hashing, independent
  destination read-back, resumable jobs and targeted repair.
• A fail-closed erasure gate: SAFE_TO_FORMAT is withheld unless the copies
  are verified, the destinations are distinct physical devices, evidence and
  ASC MHL are written, and no warning remains.
• macOS Apple Silicon and Windows x64 installers. Windows now ships with
  the same native media-inspection tools as macOS.
• Real hardware qualification: physical media matrix, cable disconnect,
  wrong-disk rejection, disk-full protection, kill-and-resume coverage and a
  clean 24-hour soak are documented in the test report.
• Offline media inspection: MediaInfo, ExifTool and FFprobe support metadata
  and delivery reports without a cloud account.

Download the installer for macOS Apple Silicon or Windows x64 from this release.
The release also includes updater signatures and a SHA256SUMS file for each
platform.

Before first use

• Keep the original card until ProofCat reports SAFE_TO_FORMAT.
• Gatekeeper or SmartScreen may appear on first launch. Check the release
  checksum before choosing an override.
• Tauri updater signatures verify the release artifacts; they are not Apple
  notarization or Windows Authenticode signatures.
