اضافه‌شدن بخش‌های باز و بسته‌شونده برای هر ISP در ISP Files

Added expandable ISP sections in ISP Files
ISP IP ranges are hidden by default and can be shown by clicking the ISP name or expand icon
Added individual selection for each IP range
Kept a main checkbox for selecting or deselecting every range of an ISP
Added a partial-selection state when only some ranges of an ISP are selected
Added the selected ISP count below the ISP Files section
Added a persistent scan-control bubble below the header in the Scanner and Results tabs
Added automatic scan-state recovery after temporary backend or WebView interruptions
Added backend health checking and automatic reconnection

Moved Start Scan, Stop, Cancel, and Continue into the fixed scan-control bubble
The scan-control bubble is shown only in the Scanner and Results tabs
Kept the Clear button in its original location
The Clear button now clears the Manual Target and selected ISP/IP ranges
The Clear button no longer clears the VLESS Config

Prevented the backend from shutting down during Activity or WebView recreation
Prevented a single Worker error from stopping the whole scan engine
Reduced unnecessary Logs polling during active scans
