Added

  • Adaptive workout progression: Opt in to personalised next-set suggestions that respond to your completed set and the routine's repetition range. Suggestions stay fully editable and support regular, assisted and bodyweight exercises.
  • Diary navigation: Browse nearby days from a new, scrollable date strip or open a localised calendar directly from the Diary.
  • Muscle group analysis: Explore a complete muscle and movement-pattern overview, including weekly averages, totals and an optional chart view.
  • Training rhythm: Follow your weekly training trend with clearer charts, detailed tooltips and a 12-month activity calendar.
  • Personal records: Review recent personal records and progress by repetition range in a focused chronological feed.
  • Documentation hub: Browse the new searchable Train Libre documentation at trainlibre.com/docs.

Changed

  • Statistics overview: Training Rhythm, Personal Records and Muscle Groups now provide clearer at-a-glance summaries before opening their detailed views.
  • Recovery: Muscle Recovery is now easier to reach at the top of the Workout tab.
  • Muscle group data: Analytics now focus on completed working sets and primary muscles, with movement patterns included where available.
  • Workout logging: New working sets and compatible exercises inherit a useful repetition range, while cardio, time and distance exercises remain unaffected.
  • Workout history: Exercise history now follows an exercise's stable identity, so renaming an exercise no longer breaks its history.
  • Documentation links: In-app citations and legal links now point to the new Train Libre website.

Fixed

  • Workout completion: Finishing a workout now saves its retained sets reliably and removes only untouched placeholders.
  • Diary workouts: Discarded in-progress workouts can no longer be reopened or finalised accidentally.
  • Live workouts: Completing a set no longer unexpectedly scrolls the active exercise out of view.
  • Diary: Empty entries for food, water, steps, pulse and sleep are no longer shown for today.
