What's Changed

  • Add strict encoding support for BlockHash and TxMerkleNode (bitcoin feature)
  • Bound pre-allocation when decoding Vec and VecDeque collections: a forged length prefix could make the decoder allocate up to the collection's maximum length before reading any element. Pre-allocation is now capped at 64 KiB and the collection grows as elements are actually decoded
  • Pin the typos CI action to a release tag
