Tested on VMware ESXi 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 6.7, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0 for x86_64 (5.5 needs to use the -f flag to force installation using esxcli).
Tested on VMware ESXi 8.0 for ARM (aarch64 package)

Major changes
- Fix issue #14 : upsmon process will wait until all VMs are stopped before quitting and disconecting from the primary NUT server. This will prevent NUT server from powering off the UPS too quickly before the VMs are safe.
