Corrected package — August 21, 2026

Restored the license-independent self-hosted WordPress updater that was unintentionally removed during the 2.0 licensing cleanup. Added the Update URI safeguard and corrected the release changelog. SHA-256: 93B24A3D321F00E000A640872635A9D2DA8E73C50A1944CD7EE3BEBEB93267F2
