Formatting is no longer discarded when the same text is copied again without
styles, and CopyPaste can now be installed and updated through Scoop on
Windows.

Formatting

• Copying text that is already in the history again, this time without styles,
  no longer clears the formatting stored for it. Rich text contains the plain
  text, not the other way around: dropping the styles traded the superset for
  the subset and left "Paste as plain text" with nothing to strip.
• Stored styles are replaced only when a new copy carries its own, and RTF and
  HTML are always replaced together, so a clip can never end up mixing the
  formatting of two different sources. Reported in #56.

Scoop (Windows)

• Every release now publishes a Scoop manifest, so CopyPaste can be installed
  with "scoop bucket add rgdevment https://github.com/rgdevment/scoop-bucket"
  followed by "scoop install copypaste", and kept current with
  "scoop update copypaste".
• Scoop installs are recognized as their own channel: the update screen offers
  the scoop command instead of a download link.
• Start with Windows now registers the stable path behind Scoop's "current"
  junction. It used to record the exact version installed, so it kept
  launching the previous build after an update and stopped working entirely
  after "scoop cleanup".
• Uninstalling through Scoop now removes the start-with-Windows entry. Scoop
  unpacks the installer without ever running its uninstaller, so that entry
  used to outlive the app.

Fixed

• Snap users were offered "Copy brew command" on the blocked-version screen.

Release pipeline

• Release artifacts now carry build provenance attestations, so anyone can
  verify which repository and workflow produced them.
• The pipeline now fails when an expected artifact is missing instead of
  attesting whatever happened to be present.
• Publishing to the Scoop bucket and the Homebrew tap retries on conflict;
  several projects share those repositories and simultaneous releases could
  collide.
