The window, and everything it needed

First release with the graphical application. Until now Tisty was a command
line; this is the whole thing.

The window: list and detail side by side, capture that shows what it read
before saving, Markdown in descriptions and journals, attachments by drag and
drop, and a keyboard path through all of it.

Tray and menu bar with quick capture on a global shortcut. Reminders as a
system notification and a short sound, either one switchable. Repeating tasks,
one occurrence at a time, folded in the archive. Sync through a folder both
machines reach, and backup by hand.

An error log that cannot hold what you wrote — the shape of a note has no room
for prose — and a report you can attach to an issue, which shows you its
contents before it is saved.

Signed builds: a universal DMG, notarised, and a signed NSIS installer. The
Store package is wired and waits on a reserved name.

Known and accepted: no reordering by hand in the window, nothing tested with a
real screen reader, and Linux is a phase of its own that has not started.
