Attachments that say what they are

The disk image and the tarball both read "macos-universal" and differed only
in their extension, so the release page asked you to know which was which.

tisty-installer-- is what installs the application.
tisty-cli-- is the command line on its own. The command
you type is tisty either way.

Renaming an artifact breaks quietly, so all five ends were checked against
each other: what each job writes, the check that runs before publishing, the
warning about a missing installer, the build attestation, and the Homebrew
tap — which downloads by exact name and would have pointed at files that no
longer exist.
