Tisty 1.31.3

See what your assistant writes

  • When an assistant changes the document you have open, you see it at once, marked for a few seconds, and nothing you were writing is lost.
  • "See again what changed" marks it again, and "Put back what it said before" undoes its last change.

The whole document at once

  • Press Ctrl+E, or the button on the bar, to edit the whole document in one place. Press Ctrl+E or Esc to go back to reading.
  • Inside a block, Ctrl+A twice chooses all of it.

Type over what you pick

  • Pick some words and type: the block opens and replaces them.
  • Ctrl+A chooses the whole document as soon as you open it, and dragging a selection past a block no longer closes it.

Your assistants, on Linux too

  • Settings, Assistants knows some 27 assistants and connects them without touching the rest of their settings, including the ones in Ubuntu or another Linux inside Windows.

Attachments kept twice, kept once

  • Tisty joins files that were saved twice, shows them to you first and keeps every link that names them.

Small things you will notice

  • The bar offers "Show every mark" only when there is one, and remembers your choice.
  • Inline code is now Ctrl+Shift+C.
  • Sizes close to the next unit now read right.

What's Changed

  • feat: join attachments kept twice with a preview, keeping every link by @rgdevment in #342
  • feat: Settings connects some 27 assistants in their own shape, fixes strays and reaches WSL by @rgdevment in #343
  • fix: joining twins rechecks tasks, keeps a copy it could not set aside, and reads more link forms by @rgdevment in #344
  • feat: an agent's writes reach the open window at once and are never lost, and agents speak in titles by @rgdevment in #345
  • fix: a join leaves no step back to the links it moved, and the ledgers are written one at a time by @rgdevment in #346
  • feat: edit a whole document with Ctrl+E, type over picked words, and keep a block open past its edge by @rgdevment in #347
  • test: pin the MCP texts, the Markdown renderer and the window's words and parts as snapshots by @rgdevment in #348
  • fix: agents' words are marked in the whole document, presses beside it stay, CRLF holds by @rgdevment in #349
  • test(window): wait for the change mark to fade instead of assuming its timer was already set by @rgdevment in #351
