Added

• The Toolbar is now fully customizable via the Settings dialog.

Improvements

• Enabled most secondary keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+W to close documents on Windows). See the
  Keyboard page in the Settings dialog for a full list.

Fixed

• Reset difference mode base values is now only acting on the selected items again.
• Fixed a few macOS printing bugs: the scaling was off, the wrong colors were used on dark themes
  and the default paper size was not detected correctly.
