This is another bug-fix release.

Fixed

• There were still a few crashes when closing message dialogs.
• The filter fields behaved erratically when you saved favorite filters before.
• Importing orders after updating the database produced broken item and color references.
• Loading the cached order data is now done in a background thread to improve startup performance.
