A bigger release this time, with a few new features and a lot of stability fixes:

  • Added a generic CSV import that lets you map the columns of any CSV (Comma Separated Values) file onto BrickStore's fields yourself (based on the idea of GitHub user mgodineau).
  • Added an export for LEGO's Pick a Brick service via the Tools menu (also based on the idea of GitHub user mgodineau).
  • Added an experimental way to connect AI assistants (like Claude) to BrickStore via the MCP protocol, so they can browse the BrickLink catalog and your open documents. This is off by default and can be activated in the Settings dialog.
  • When parting out a set, stickered parts now default to used condition.
  • Made filtering and sorting noticeably faster on very large documents.
  • Refreshed the icons and the Settings dialog.
  • Fixed a whole batch of crashes and glitches when opening damaged or unusual files or orders.
  • Fixed the tab labels when several open files share the same name.
  • Added a new scripting API for extension authors.
  • Updated all translations, especially some of the weird French ones that DeepL came up with.
