gnfp-mine 1.0.9

Public book/fronts stay TLS. A leftover 1.0.7 tls:false in ~/.gnfp-mine/config.json is ignored on *.restoreprivacy.online, so an upgrade no longer speaks plaintext to the TLS listener (that looped reconnect in 2s with no job).

• Same sequential gnfp-cpu-v1 work hash as 1.0.8 / the Germany book.
• --notls is local plaintext only.
• GPU/ASIC Beam solutions mint nothing.
